“Treat each case, no matter how minor the charge, as if it were a homicide. Thoroughly investigate the facts, research the law, outwork your adversaries and use all of your experience and skill to achieve a dismissal or acquittal.”
- Mark M. Cheser, DWI Lecture, 1998
We do this work because we care about our clients as individuals and about protecting the rights of all people who are accused of crimes.
No matter how minor the charge, we know your case is a major concern for you. When your back is against the wall and you don’t know which way to turn, contact us. We have the experience, skills and knowledge to help you through this difficult time.
We pride ourselves in taking the time to teach our clients about their rights and evaluate the case against them. Our clients can then make an informed decision. The person that best knows what happened is you. Therefore, we listen. We ask many questions. What you saw or heard coupled with what we know could be the difference.
